Through our partnership with the Sunshine Coast Primary Care Network, we have a visiting community pharmacist who operates from the PHHC one day bi-weekly. Patients can access the pharmacist for medication reviews, case management and information.

How to connect
You can access the Pharmacist either through a referral from a primary care provider or by self-referring. Unattached patients can access and book an appointment, by calling the Health Centre reception at 604-883-2764.
