The PHHC currently has an experienced part-time physician Dr. Bazilli who has over 30 years of experience. Currently Dr. Bazilli is connected to over 450 patients in the community.

- Any booked patient who fails to show or cancels/reschedules an appointment and has not contacted our office with at least 24 hour’s notice will be considered a No Show and charged a $50.00 fee. (see BC Doctors Guide for uninsured services)
- The fee is charged to the patient, not the insurance company, and is due prior to booking another office visit.

Uninsured Services
Some medical office services are not covered by the BC Medical Services Plan and must be paid for directly by the patient, regardless of whether they have BC Health Insurance or not. The fees charged by the clinic for uninsured services follow the British Columbia Medical Association (BCMA) guidelines, which are updated on an annual basis.
