The Pender Harbour Health Centre (PHHC) operates as a hub for community-based health and social services and is proud to have had the opportunity to serve the Pender Harbour and District community for nearly 40 years. From urgent care and laboratory services, to home care nursing and supports for aging in place, PHHC staff strive to meet the community’s ever evolving health needs beyond traditional clinic services. We know that our community is changing, and this is why in 2024 we are undertaking a new assessment of the health and wellness landscape to get a clearer picture of the current and future health and wellness needs of Pender Harbour residents. We Offer a Wide Range of Services
- Nursing ambulatory care clinic, home care nursing, Public Health nursing, and palliative on-call nursing
- Physician and Nurse Practitioner services
- Clinics for: diabetes, chronic disease management, youth, sexual health
- Dietician and social work support
- Immunizations and newborn hearing examinations
- Mental health and addiction supports
- Community programs like Better at Home, Adult Day Program, social engagement groups, and seniors programming
- Patient transportation services

- An Online Survey:Starting April 1st, pleasefill out the survey athttps://www.surveymonkey.ca/r/5L9DNC3 (Survey closes April 30th, 2024). Paper copies of the survey are available at the Pender Harbour & District Health Centre, located at 5066 Francis Peninsula Rd in Madeira Park.
- In-Person: Join a Town Hall session on April 16th at the Pender Harbour Community Hall. The first session will run from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm and the second session will run from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm.
