The PHHC Board of Directors and leadership are excited to announce that on Friday August 22nd the Pender Harbour Health Centre will be hosting our summer Open House at the Health Centre.
To launch the Open House, we will be having the Grand Opening of our newly renovated Primary Care Wing and there will be opportunities for the community to tour this renovated space and see the upgrades for themselves after the ceremony. As part of the ceremony, we will be acknowledging The Mey Family, Sunshine Coast Healthcare Auxiliary and the community donors who made this renovation a possibility. Also, at the Open House event there will be an opportunity to connect with PHHC leadership and staff and our healthcare partners.
The agenda for the Open House is as follows:
11.00am – 11.30am: Welcoming and launch of the Open House event.
11.30am – 12.30pm: Grand Opening of the Primary Care Wing – includes speeches and ribbon cutting.
12.30pm – 3.00pm: Full Open House – information tables from staff, partners and tenants, tours of the Primary Care Wing and PHHC.
At the Open House we will have door prizes for those in attendance, refreshments will be available, and a shuttle will be provided by the Pender Harbour Seniors Link bus service (please look out for a schedule to follow on the website and Facebook). We are asking those attending the Open House to park in the lower car park given limited parking.
